About
Peptide care with a more human feel.
Van Peptides is a prescription-only telehealth platform. We connect patients with independent US-licensed providers and a US-licensed compounding pharmacy, with a calm intake, honest guidance, and discreet US shipping.
We started Van Peptides because peptide care felt harder than it needed to be. Patients were bouncing between wellness ads on one side and clinical portals on the other, without a clear place that felt human, transparent, and safe. We wanted the opposite of that experience: a considered, US-based telehealth platform where a licensed provider makes the medical decision, a licensed compounding pharmacy fills it, and the patient always knows what is happening next.
What we do
Van Peptides is a telehealth platform. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense. We coordinate the pieces around that:
- A HIPAA-safe intake that gathers what a provider needs to make a decision.
- A licensed medical review by an independent US-licensed provider.
- Fulfillment by a US-licensed compounding pharmacy when a prescription is written.
- Discreet, tracked shipping within the United States and ongoing support between visits.
If a provider decides that treatment is not appropriate, no medication is shipped and no charge is made. That is not a policy we advertise. It is how a telehealth platform is supposed to work.
Who prescribes and who compounds
Every prescription is written by an independent US-licensed provider practicing in your state. Van Peptides does not employ providers and does not influence clinical decisions. Providers are credentialed, background-checked, and required to follow their state licensing board and the applicable telehealth statutes.
Compounding is performed by a US-licensed compounding pharmacy that follows USP standards. Compounded medications are prepared for a specific patient based on the prescription and are not FDA-approved for safety or efficacy. That is an important distinction, and we say it clearly on every product page, in our informed-consent flow, and at checkout.
How we think about care
Human first
Peptide therapy sits at the intersection of metabolic health, recovery, longevity, and everyday wellbeing. It works best when a real provider is thinking about the whole person, not just a single lab value. Our intake asks the questions a good clinician would ask, and our follow-ups exist so a plan can be adjusted, paused, or stopped when life changes.
Honest about what we know
Compounded peptides are a legitimate medical tool with meaningful clinical experience behind them. They are also not a shortcut and not a cure. We write about them the way a careful clinician would: what the evidence supports, what the trade-offs are, and what a reasonable next step looks like.
Discreet by default
Medication ships in plain outer packaging with a tracked, signature-optional label. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the medication or the platform. Communication happens in a HIPAA-safe portal, not over regular email.
The name
The van is a nod to the idea that good care should not only happen in a high-rise clinic. It should travel with you, to a small town, a coastal apartment, a busy household, and still feel considered. Van Peptides is a coastal, unhurried brand for a serious job: helping patients access legitimate prescription peptide therapy with the paperwork, the medical review, and the follow-through you would want for yourself.
What we will never do
- Ship a medication to anyone an independent US-licensed provider has not evaluated and prescribed for.
- Claim a compounded medication is FDA-approved, cures disease, or guarantees a specific outcome.
- Publish testimonials, before-and-after imagery, or influencer endorsements for prescription products.
- Sell, rent, or share protected health information for marketing.
