Compliance Policy

How Van Peptides operates within US healthcare and pharmacy law.

Last updated August 2, 2026

Effective date: August 2, 2026

Van Peptides is a prescription-only telehealth platform. This page summarizes the compliance framework we operate within.

Independent US-licensed providers

Every medication offered through Van Peptides requires a prescription issued by an independent US-licensed provider following a documented medical evaluation. Providers are credentialed by an independent telemedicine group and are licensed in the states in which they treat patients. Van Peptides itself does not practice medicine and does not employ providers.

US-licensed compounding pharmacies

Prescriptions are dispensed by US-licensed compounding pharmacies that operate under state board of pharmacy regulation and, where applicable, USP compounding chapters (including USP <797> for sterile compounding). Pharmacies are independent of Van Peptides.

Our partner pharmacies include both 503A traditional compounding pharmacies (regulated by state boards of pharmacy and preparing patient-specific medications pursuant to a valid prescription) and 503B outsourcing facilities (registered with the FDA and subject to Current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements and periodic FDA inspection). See our Compounded Medication Disclosure for a full explanation of what 503A and 503B mean.

Compounded medications and FDA status

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient based on a valid prescription. They are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. See our Compounded Medication Disclosure for more detail.

HIPAA

Van Peptides maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA. See our HIPAA Notice for your rights.

State availability

Some medications are not available in all states. Availability is determined at intake based on your state of residence, the medication requested, and provider licensing. If a medication is not available in your state, you will be notified before intake and will not be charged.

Advertising and marketing standards

Van Peptides does not make therapeutic claims that outcomes are guaranteed. Marketing communications do not promise a specific health outcome. Individual results vary and depend on medical suitability, adherence, lifestyle, and other factors.

Adverse event reporting

Report adverse events to your provider promptly and to the FDA MedWatch program at fda.gov/medwatch. Van Peptides tracks reported issues and coordinates with the dispensing pharmacy where appropriate.

Payment processing

Van Peptides does not store full card numbers. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. Approved payment methods appear at checkout.
