Frequently asked

FAQ

If you don't see your question below, our full FAQ page covers more, or you can contact us.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Every medication on Van Peptides is prescription only. You start with a short intake, and an independent US-licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is a fit before anything is dispensed.

Who evaluates my intake?

An independent network of US-licensed medical providers. Van Peptides is not a medical practice and does not prescribe; the provider makes all clinical decisions.

Where are the medications compounded?

Every prescription is prepared by a US-licensed compounding pharmacy following USP standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved for safety or efficacy.

How is my medication shipped?

Discreet, tracked shipping directly to your door within the United States. Cold-chain packaging is used for medications that require it.

Is my health information private?

Yes. Intake and clinical data are handled under a HIPAA-safe workflow. Read the HIPAA Notice for full detail.

Can I get a refund?

Prescription products cannot be returned once dispensed. See the Refund and Returns Policy for full detail and the situations that are eligible.

What if a provider decides treatment is not right for me?

If a provider determines a medication is not appropriate, nothing is dispensed and you are not charged for the medication. You may be offered an alternative or asked to consult with your primary care provider.

Prescription only. Available after a licensed-provider evaluation.
