Shipping Policy

How prescription medications ship from a US-licensed compounding pharmacy to your door.

Last updated August 2, 2026

Effective date: August 2, 2026

Van Peptides connects patients with independent US-licensed providers and US-licensed compounding pharmacies. Once a provider issues a prescription, the medication is prepared and shipped by the pharmacy directly to the patient. This policy explains how shipping works.

Where we ship

Van Peptides ships only within the fifty United States, Washington DC, and eligible US territories. We do not ship internationally. State availability of individual medications may vary based on provider licensing and state pharmacy law; if a medication is not available in your state, you will be notified during intake and will not be charged.

Processing time

Orders are processed in the following stages:

  • Intake review: A US-licensed provider reviews your intake, typically within 1–2 business days of submission.
  • Prescription approval: If the provider issues a prescription, it is sent to a US-licensed compounding pharmacy for fulfillment.
  • Pharmacy processing: Compounding and quality checks typically take 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping: Packages ship via a tracked, temperature-controlled carrier once the medication is ready.

Total time from intake submission to delivery is typically 5–10 business days but may vary based on provider workload, pharmacy processing volume, weather, and carrier conditions.

Shipping cost

Discreet US shipping is included with every prescription. There are no hidden fees.

Packaging

Medications are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging that does not disclose the contents. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with cold-chain packaging (insulated container and cooling elements) sized to maintain temperature through the transit window.

Carriers and tracking

The pharmacy selects the carrier best suited to your medication and destination, typically UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive a tracking link by email once the package leaves the pharmacy.

Signature and delivery

Some medications may require an adult signature at delivery. If a signature is required and no one is home, the carrier will follow its standard reattempt or hold-for-pickup procedure.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Packages returned to the pharmacy due to an incorrect address, refusal, or extended non-pickup may require you to pay to reship. See our Refund Policy for details.

Damaged, missing, or delayed shipments

If your medication arrives damaged, missing, warm beyond acceptable standards, or with packaging issues, please notify us at hello@vanpeptides.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with the pharmacy to determine eligibility for a replacement shipment or refund.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Refunds are not issued for delays once medication has shipped, but we will assist in tracking and resolution.

Temperature excursions

Cold-chain shipments are validated to remain within the labeled temperature range for the expected transit window. If you believe your shipment experienced a significant temperature excursion, do not use the medication and contact us immediately.
