What it is
GLOW is Van Peptides’ name for a compounded blend of three peptides studied, individually, in the skin and soft-tissue literature: GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring copper tripeptide associated with collagen synthesis and skin remodeling (Pickart & Margolina review, PMID 18644225); BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide studied in preclinical models for tissue-repair signaling (Current Reviews in Musculoskeletal Medicine, 2025); and TB-500, derived from thymosin beta-4 and studied for its role in cell migration and wound healing (Sosne et al., 1999, PMID 10469335). Outcomes are individual, and no published study has evaluated this three-peptide combination as a single blend.

What the literature has explored
Each component of GLOW has its own separate literature. GHK-Cu has controlled human-skin studies describing improved elasticity, firmness, and reduced appearance of fine lines and photodamage, alongside earlier rodent wound-healing work showing increased connective tissue accumulation (Maquart et al., 1993, PMID 8227353; Pickart & Margolina, PMID 18644225). BPC-157’s supporting data is largely preclinical, centered on angiogenesis and fibroblast activity in animal tendon and tissue-injury models (Current Reviews in Musculoskeletal Medicine, 2025). TB-500’s parent molecule, thymosin beta-4, has animal wound-healing data showing faster reepithelialization and increased collagen deposition, with a 2026 scoping review noting that direct human evidence for the synthetic TB-500 fragment specifically remains limited.
No published study has evaluated these three peptides combined as a single blend, so any expectation about GLOW as a whole is an extrapolation from three separate bodies of single-compound research, not a finding on its own. Outcomes are individual, and that gap between individual-ingredient data and combination-product expectations is exactly the kind of question a licensed provider should walk through with you.
We think it is more honest to say that plainly than to imply the blend has been studied as a unit when it has not.
